Privacy policy
This policy explains how Bibek Ghimire, operating the Rimyan Real Estate website and providing brokerage services through PCS Partners Military Real Estate (collectively “Rimyan,” “we,” or “us”), handles information submitted through rimyan.com. It describes the website as currently configured; it is not a promise that no service or practice will ever change.
Information you provide
Depending on the form you use, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, property address, listing link or address, real estate interest, message, and context about the page or action that led to your inquiry. Please do not submit sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or government identification through these forms.
How we use it
- Respond to your question, valuation request, deal-review request, or request for real estate help.
- Understand the property, service, or type of move you asked about.
- Keep a record of communications and follow up on the inquiry.
- Detect spam, abuse, and automated submissions.
- Comply with applicable professional, brokerage, recordkeeping, or legal obligations when they apply.
Submitting a website form does not by itself create an agency relationship or require you to work with Rimyan, Bibek Ghimire, or PCS Partners.
FormSubmit and email
Forms are delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, to Rimyan's email inbox. FormSubmit necessarily processes the form contents and related request information to provide that service. Email providers and networks involved in delivery may also process and retain copies under their own practices.
DojoGate CRM
The site also sends a copy of form submissions to Rimyan's DojoGate customer relationship management system. That copy may contain the fields listed above, a source label, page context, a honeypot field used for spam detection, and a reCAPTCHA token. DojoGate is used to organize inquiries and support follow-up. The public website does not include or send a private DojoGate API key.
Google reCAPTCHA
This site uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to reduce spam. The reCAPTCHA script may collect device, browser, interaction, network, and cookie information and send it to Google for risk analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service. A reCAPTCHA assessment token is sent with the CRM copy of a form submission when available.
Matrix property search
The Matrix/elevateMLS property search is a third-party service. Rimyan does not load the embedded Matrix search automatically. If you click “Load search here” or open Matrix in a new tab, your browser connects directly to the Matrix service, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, referring page, and activity within its service under its own terms and privacy practices. Information entered directly into Matrix is handled by that service, not by Rimyan's website forms.
Sharing and sale
We share information with service providers as described above and with PCS Partners or other professionals when reasonably needed to address your request or provide brokerage services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business or service transition. Rimyan does not sell website form submissions for money. We do not claim that every disclosure is legally excluded from broader statutory definitions of “sale” or “sharing.”
Retention
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business and communication records, satisfy applicable brokerage or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse. Copies may remain for a limited period in backups or in third-party systems under their retention practices. Because retention needs vary by inquiry and whether a professional relationship develops, this policy does not state a fixed deletion period.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate for a small business website and the services described here, but no website, email system, CRM, or transmission is completely secure. Do not use the forms for highly sensitive information.
Your choices and questions
You may contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop non-required follow-up. We will consider and respond to requests subject to identity verification and any records we must or are permitted to retain. You can avoid the forms and contact Bibek directly instead.
